At Jba-design, we understand that starting a design project can be a daunting task, and that's why we offer a free initial consultation. This consultation provides an opportunity for us to listen to your vision, understand your goals and offer guidance and reccomendations to bring your ideas to life. Following the consultation we will provide you with a transparent and detailed quotation for the works. 

Once the concept for your project is finalised, we will prepare and submit a comprehensive proposal to the planning department on your behalf. We will then closely monitor the application process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that may arise. We understand that gaining planning approval can be a complex and challenging process, but we will navigate the process effectively, ensuring the best possible outcome for your project. 

After gaining planning approval, and any permissions required, we will work closely with you to tailor and develop more detailed information to make up the next package of information. We will work with relevant consultants to create detailed plans and specifications for the construction of your project ensuring that every aspect of the design is carefully considered. In addition, we can offer tendering and tender review services to help you choose the right contractor for your project. 

During the construction phase of your project, we will always be on hand to offer support to yourself or the contractor for any queries that may arise during the build process. We believe that thorough and detailed plans produced at the Technical Design stage can usually omit any issues on site, however for the times when something untoward may crop up, we will work efficiently, pulling in the relevant consultants to ensure the issue is resolved promptly keeping you on track and ensuring your vision is realised in the finished product.
